Just remembered I ought to bring you up to date: the work has finished now, the rooms are occupied and we're absolutely delighted with the result. While on an intellectual level I believed there would be the space, I'm still surprised by the amount of space there now is. As you probably remember, we went round the houses a bit with designs before we got to you - you were the fourth architect to have a go! - but I'm glad now that we did; the design worked far better than any of the predecessors would have done.

Phil provided an excellent service. He listened to my ideas and contributed his own valuable ideas. The design and plan was perfect and his management of the planning process (always challenging...) was first rate. The planning application was necessary to enhance the sale price and marketability of the house as part of a probate. The three dimensional illustrations will be invaluable in this respect. I have l already recommended Phil to a friend and would recommend him to anyone contemplating a house building

More than happy to recommend Philip from Plans and Planning, he spent a good while surveying our property and afterwards providing us with computerised images of the proposed suggestions, this made imagining the various designs extremely easy to see, everybody involved understood each image from the same aspect. So many suggestions can be lost due to people interpreting your ideas in a differing ways, the software Philip uses eliminated the chance of that happening. Philip has a lot of patience and quietly allowed us to explore lots of different angles. The overall application was painless and successful.

Phil couldn’t be more helpful. We are working to a tight deadline to get planning in before Christmas. We have used Phil for a previous project and needed a quick turnaround on this one. He delivered as usual. Great service and competitive rates.
